That's me. So to speak, "not great, not terrible". :)
But honestly, I consider this more like a surprising big success.
Cause for the "Frontier duel" I basically have only 5 Children I'd invested in before (currently up to 5&6-star, no ignition; one of them is originally 2-star Pixie :D). As for the "Expert duel", there are almost the same faces alongside with a few fully invested 4-star Children whom we could get earlier during events (Anniversaries, if I recall correctly?) - in the end, this team is far from being good. And in the "Unlimited duel" I'm participating with only 3 fully & 1 party ignited Children while also not having recently favourable ones like Saturn, Ophois, Clotho, Ymir, etc. So, yeah.
I'm expecting to go downhill though, as I'm aware of a potential considerable improvement in the others' teams (unlike me, developing my profile endlessly slow) and the fact, that I'm yet to find my actual place by spending more tickets.
As for those results, I'll save them as a nice little achievement. :3
Good luck to everyone, wish you to reach your goals and make more ambitious new ones. :)
Actually, my bad, I missed "mission pass" update. So you're right as well in terms of getting them via free summons. It's just not directly from summons, but from rewarding boxes in those missions for each odd summon (1, 3, etc.).
Anyway, good luck getting them and progressing in Ragna, guys.
Not really that one. These oxes are 1☆ units by default whereas free summon is for 3-5☆. So you get them either from 1☆+ summon tickets (1-3, for example), or from 300k gold summon, or from the special select boxes, which can be obtained as a reward for completing Ragna missions. Maybe they are available somewhere else, that's only what I figured out (was too lazy reading update news in details if there is some intel)Can anyone explain this to me 11
Offensive language and direct harsh insults have never been a proper and effective way of making a sensible & constructive dialog. Unless you want to escalate things, 'cause that's exactly what will happen afterwards.
In case of sorting things out with people who are not welcoming your non-english posts I would rather suggest you get in touch with DC devs who are hanging out here and moderating(?) community stuff (kinda lazily though, but that's fine and understandable =p). Just in order to clarify 'officially' whever it's completely fine to keep what you're doing - if so, that would be a strong final argument towards your side. And you can also point out your misunderstanding with other users - maybe they'll finally decide to make a separate section for other langs, who knows. I woudn't mind that compromise. Especially as you guys want to stay by your opinions.
I'm totally up to have people posting on other langs. But THIS kind of conversation is not healthy.
And demanding much wider audience to learn your native is kinda irrational.
I got your point, yeah. We have some different opinions on this, the core misunderstanding is in the definition of "Global" itself, projected onto this forum. But it's fine.
It kinda should feel that way (as you're calling it "secluded"), since their message is aimed rather at the certain audience than to everyone else. But that's the point of such actions. They want to find others alike and share/discuss stuff only with them. Not just through making a specific post "Looking for a ***-speaking people" and then going into PM or chat groups, but using lounge itself and in a classic manner, as it's being used. Posting stuff. I'm sure, if we have a new section for any lang (let's name it "other" or "global"), they would stick around there while the main area would rightfully stay on English. Alas, we have only eng/cn now.
I'm sorry you're getting so much frustration from this situation. Maybe you're far from being alone in that regard and it's me who doesn't understand the general order and verbal rules here. And we must only use eng even if there is no other "place to stay". (However, wouldn't people like OP feel secluded (isolated) if we force them to be silent unless they speak eng? Regardless of their abilities and original intentions? Well...)
Anyway. I can add, that there is a translation feature, actually. I don't know if you have it, but I can use it freely on every post or message and choose a wide spectrum of the target languages. Maybe it's the Moot devs who are making you sort of secluded? :D
I checked this on both mobile and pc versions of Moot. Even switched browser lang to eng, the option is still there (as for mobile it's in the menues you reach by clicking on "three dots").
Reasonable statement in a way. Indeed, there are lots of people here from all around the world who speak on different tongues whereas English is international, and users interconnect with each other primarily via that way. Buuuut, hear me out. First, we all are playing on the "Global server". I would count this lounge "Global" as well rather than "English-only" based on that and what I'll remark below.
Then, except the only actual separation from the main section of Сhineese lang and its formations/dialects here on Moot (I mean the button with section splitting on my screenshot) I haven't seen anything really what would limit or restrict discussing stuff on either language, to be honest. Considering the above and also the fact that there is no other official or semi-official lounge on any other language to hang around and find like-minded people besides where we are at now... I don't see any severe crime.
What if some people can't speak English at all or they feel uncomfortable doing so, but they still wanna find some friends, speak out or just attract some attention to themselves?
In addition, on what basis can we determine the importance or necessity of the new language sections' creation? Isn't it on the amount of people speaking one certain language more and more? If we gonna hardly prevent these occasions while not providing any alternative surface we won't give any chances for local communities to raise. I don't mean that there is definitely a strong possibility some russian community appears after that, or french, or some else. But I think I gave you an idea of what I mean.
DC lounge is not that much lively anyway, thus seeing some french youtubers you guys mentioned gives me a bit stronger feeling we are still somewhat alive, at least. :)
And the content with appropriateness of various kinds of posts, comments is kinda another story. :)
Thanks for the understanding. Peace.
PC version of DC would be a nice option to have. It's surely more powerful and stable, so players could avoid any issues with performance and also enjoy wider screens. And if you are already working/spending free time at your PC why not open the game on the background and finish some activities on [semi-]auto mode, instead of terrorizing mobile battery yet again. :D
Though personally I feel kinda indifferent. I can't label myself as an extremely active player who's grinding on each event and lacks any free stamina. It's rather otherwise... Most of the time when I login - is on the way to/from work, during supper or just before sleep. And my phone seems decent, lags or stutters are not so problematic recently after devs have released dedicated patches on improving performance of the game. Thus, PC version is not much relevant to me.
But it's just me. :)
Nice gif by the way. :3
Honestly, my intention was to play this fairly and make some pictures by myself. But a few days ago I got sick so it's better for me and everyone else if I stay home.
Gonna share a couple of pictures with you of the small town where I was born. Or rather the main place of attraction there. I may not live in the town all the time recently (I have job in a major city), but I come back to visit my relatives quite often still.
Greetings from Russia!
My sincere congratulations man, that's awesome! Finally some justice for you has been established.
Though I would like to add here that I actually managed to get at least 1 S out of 4 I have now on unequipped weapon. I doubt I remember this wrong since I decided to change my approach to crafting process few months ago. Now, as I have all items on the best Childs with good C and B perks, I don't wanna lose them from failed craft. Thus, I wait until I get a new copy of a desirable item, and then spend some ores without using item itself on any Child.
8.1 version of Android, Snapdragon 636 processor, 6Gb RAM. Loading between different fragments is going much smoother now. Also, I can say that after keeping the game loaded but inactive under blocked screen for a long time the overall perfomance didn't really drop down as much as it happened before. And after I resumed the play there weren't any severe stutters or freezes in battles like before. Checked that multiple times.Performance update on android 16
Nice, you finally made a proper answer to that. Thanks.
But I would still ask you to update your posts on TapTap a little bit. If you don't mind. Considering how it's written there, the info is kinda misleading and rather raises concerns about similarity in content between two clients. I'm talking about specific paragraphs, which I caught on the image pinned to this reply.
I'm the one who fell into confusion after reading those posts and I guess I'm not alone.
My apologies for spreading that confusion onto others.
(Upd.: seems like the post about differentials exists no more. Thus, the first paragraph is irrelevant now.)
That's unfortunate to hear, I'm sorry for you.
But why are you leaning towards emulators in case of DC? I thought this game is more oriented to smartphone usage rather than most other mobile games, considering pretty active and rapid tap & slide oriented mechanics. I imagine it's not really that comfortable to imitate those actions via keyboard and mouse, no?
Are you out of option to play on the smartphone for some reason? I can't really say anything about emulators, but I can see how it may not be a reliable source for playing. At the end of the day, DC runs on a completely different hardware and software than is supposed to. Speaking of game perfomance on the smartphones though, I've caught some positive glimpses recently. For instance, I was able to smoothly play dirrefent battles without serious lags or stutters despite DC app had been opened for a long time on my phone and paused under a locked screen. So it's getting better steadily here I would say.
If you're only can play via emulators I don't really know how to improve your experience there, I'm afraid. ...Only by simplifying graphics and silhouettes, but it's killing the aesthetics and pleasure.
I mean, you can say whatever term you like, it's not really my point here... The fact that you can freely login through different services is written in their FAQ - the same where they're saying about interoperablity of data between both servers.
You have to distinct the account credentials and final game data here. Google/Facebook/etc. are providing account linking via their services, but the final data, the actual game data is on the side of Shift Up. And here's the deal: how both servers gonna work with that. If they gonna differ in a crucial aspects like having exclusive Childs/items/whatever else, it's more likely that they will be separated from each other onto their own DBs. It doesn't necessarily mean that Devs can't handle it all on the same schema/database, but they will have to face a lot of hindrances by choosing this path and will have to handle lots of stuff/errors/bugs they woudn't have to overwise.
How are you going to "carry on", for instance, if TapTap version have some Child you won't be able to access while switching back to Global? And how do people even gonna operate with other players from TapTap with exclusive stuff while staying on the Global server?
And I don't really follow your statement about exclusiveness for Chinese players. If you mean they lacked some content specifically in Global then it's not really true - everyone has the same "game image" (let's put it that way) on the same server. If you're trying to say that Devs maybe planned to release some special stuff for them during all this time - then it's an additional point towards the potential that these servers will actually be separate, you know.
That's how I see it, at least.
If you're sticking to iOS, I'm afraid so. For Android users - not really. Seems like it will provide some additional content as devs mentioned in their both FAQ and separate post there. I guess for Chinese users it should be more convenient and easy to get on-board since this is their local game store. Also there will be additional translation. And for those who is striving to get uncensored version officially without community mods it's useful as well.
Nonetheless, I still don't know how to feel about this myself. Some details are still too confusing to interpret.
Unfortunately, iOS will be missing here.
So, in order to go step-by-step:
1. As far as I googled it - yes, it's more like a local store for Chinese users, but it's still open to any other people.
2. If you mean the possibility to continue with your current progression, then devs have already thought this through. Everyone from the Global server may play on TapTap either from scratch or continue with their current progress on Global by copying their "Global" account to the new server. I dunno if that's going to be the same database though - and this is important thing to know about. However devs mentioned that data between servers will be interoperable...
3. It differs by censorship, at least. TapTap's DC will be uncensored. And it's a new server as well as I've already mentioned it. Also, devs saying there will be variety in the content in the future as well.
4. Should be so. Because otherwise it will overlap actual files in the game folder: different sprites and different connection settings and additional options Global version lacking - translation to simplified Chinese.
But in the end it's still pretty confusing to me as well. Because if we assume that Global version and TapTap version will have access to the same database, then how are they going to handle all the differences devs briefly mentioned. I mean, there is actually no problem to run some exclusive events for resources or smth, but Childs? Some Childs will be available in TapTap but expelled in Global? How? Why?..
I was actually going to agree with you here, but then I read this little statement in their post on TapTap:
We should take this into consideration... My guess was like they are going to have two different servers now: Global and TapTap, but with the access to same database. Now it's somewhat unlikely, I presume?.. Idk...
I'm genuinely impressed with your drawing skills, especially bodies and clothes. Those lines and curves look both captivating and elegant at the same time. And you can really see how gently picture was made on the whole. And even if one cannot be said about strong resemblance with Lisa herself, that's a curious interpretation of her persona from you, at least.
Looking forward to see more creations from you in the future and thanks for doing this work and sharing it with us! :3
Are you somehow related to a surname Bezos, just in case? ;)
I bet developers are very grateful to you, maybe even for life :)
Congratulations with those undisputably phenomenal results! But I was also thinking, you know... It actually would be very nice of you to show variety of those "S" statuses you've encountered so far. As we, mere citizens, would be able to have some additional insights of what we can potentially get from rerolling "power attachments" on each type of item slots for weapons, armour and accessories. What do you think?
Thanks for the insights about how it is going at the high levels, what is the cost of getting on top, general thoughts and your previous WB team analysis/review in the earlier posts! Now I feel more knowledgeable and can estimate my future efforts on the upcoming events like that one more precisely.WB Tamamo: Analysis and Rewards 28
No worries, all good! Glad to be helpful. Have a nice and pleasant day too! :)
Hmm, Idk... couple of months? The thing is, you receive those on a rare occasion and it's not supposed to be regular. Sometimes devs include tickets into special event mission rewards. Sometimes we receive them as a compensation for the issues being encountered in the game. And before, grid tickets were included in one of the packs in the shop - but it seems, not anymore. I've read somewhere that you can also get one or a few after fully clearing the grid a lot if times, but can't say for sure.
So... Either way, I wouldn't expect them to be in a common accessibility.
Well, apparently because today's update does not include this new portion of Re:Birth skins. You'll have to wait until Aug 20th according to devs' official announcement. I guess you were reading their update note a bit inattentively. ;)Why isn’t the Aug 13 Update consisting of new Rebirth skins LIVE yet? 3
