Does this even have an effect? not only to me but other players aswell says it's useless, even with 800% you can't find a monster you'd expect to get
Absolutely, he's able to overpower even those with a higher level than him, dealing insane damage to not only one but two to all enemies. Outstanding performance in PVP too.
