Depends on what your asking, Externus by far surpasses everyone in it's Gigantamax form, but you can't even use it. Zacian and Zamamenta for sure next in line, depending on your battle style Duraladon and Goodra I would give the next vote for in psuedo legendaries, they eat hits and dish them out really well 😔 After that, Gmax Snorlax if you want to oulast, Gmax Gengar if you want to trap, Gmax Grimmsnarl is just a jerk
