We are informing you about currently found issues in Destiny Child and related responses. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■ Issue 1 ■ - An issue where Nullify Debuffs effect of Ignited Philotes’ Slide Skill doesn't get applied correctly. ■ Correspondence ■ The fix for the above issue was applied on Nov. 28, approximately around 05:20 (UTC+0). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■ Issue 2 ■ - An issue where Fortune Chips cannot be claimed as rewards from Elizabeth’s Limited-Time Missions ■ Correspondence ■ We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced while playing the event. With our deepest apology, a reward corresponding to the 400 Fortune Chips that were planned to be provided through Elizabeth's Limited-Times will be delivered to the mailbox of all Candidates. - 2021 5★ Fire Child Spa Skin Lucky Box (x 2) will be sent to the mailbox of all Candidates on Nov 28.
