We are informing you about currently reported issues in Destiny Child and related responses. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   ■ Issue ■ - Issue where advertisements for Raid Ticket do not get processed properly in some game environments from Apr. 06, 13:00 (UTC+0). * Currently, advertisements in the Mammon’s Reasonable Support can be played normally. Yet, some errors may occur in advertisements for receiving raid tickets.     ■ Update ■ As listed in the previous notice, it has been identified that the impact of the aws server issue that occurred on Apr. 06 is still in effect.   Though our developers are putting in their utmost effort to investigate the cause of the issue, as the issue has been caused by an external factor, we sincerely apologize for the delay in providing a countermeasure once again.   Additional information found in this regard will be shared in more detail with a separate notice.   ■ Correspondence ■   Should you have watched an advertisement between Apr. 11, 00:00~23:59 (UTC+0) for raid tickets, and yet, the ticket delivery wasn’t performed normally, the relevant data will be collected and separate delivery will be made the next day, before Apr. 12, 04:00 (UTC+0) for individual Candidates.   * If the issue continues on Apr. 12 under unavoidable circumstances, according to the same standards, ticket rewards for advertisements viewed on Apr. 12 will be provided individually before Apr. 13, 04:00 (UTC+0).   * If the issue continues on Apr. 13 under unavoidable circumstances, ticket rewards for advertisements viewed on Apr. 13 will be exchanged into 100 Crystals per ticket, and provided individually before Apr. 14, 04:00 (UTC+0).   Should you not have received the raid ticket normally even after the time of delivery, please kindly file a case through the customer center for us to examine the matter thoroughly.   ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought to Candidates who have experienced watching the advertisements.   We will do our best to provide you with solutions to related issues as soon as possible.
