[ADDED] Regarding Raid Ticket Advertisements

We are informing you about currently reported issues in Destiny Child and related responses. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■ Issue ■ - Issue where advertisements for Raid Ticket do not get processed properly in some game environments from Apr. 06, 13:00 (UTC+0). ■ Correspondence ■ It has been identified that the impact of the aws server issue that occurred on Apr. 06 is still in effect. We are investigating the cause of the issue and will take corresponding actions as soon as possible. Additional information found in this regard will be notified in more detail with a separate notice. With our heartfelt apologies to all the candidates who were affected by this issue, please note that the below compensation will be provided to all Candidates.

It began 6th not 7th also still doesn't send tickets

Please fix it properly, as per 7th April I watched 2 ads and have only gotten 3 tickets.
I've stopped watching since then because I don't know whether I'll get the ticket or it will get eaten by the void.

Yep, opened 3 ads so far and got 0 tickets today April 7th. lol

Raid tix ads still broken. Just stoled 3 more tries for a total of 9 tix plus 9 from yesterday. 18 tix lost now but I'm getting 15? :/

I have this issue only if you have a ragna ticket in the mailbox. Not sure if the same for everyone else.

actually even if you don't go straight to mailbox, they don't appear. I even closed game after pressing confirm. still no tickets, and as Natasha said, I lost yesterday 6 tickets, and today 9, so far. I won't watch another ad if all we get is 15 tickets. I'm sure others missed 18-24 tickets so far.
