Reasons: A good selection of childs excellent for PvE and WB mostly for newer players. Change'e is excellent for everything and you should take this chance to max her ASAP. I don't believe Eve is as OP as she once was and she's been on plenty of banners compared to a really good WB child like Morgan.I'm focused on completing my collection so my picks are as followed.
