I got nothing , i don't see any rewards in inbox. Pretty sure i participated as i checked it few times. So Where is my rewards?

I do send the inquiry about this in the app which they tell me that ALL ARE SENT.

I did participate in that event. I did download browndust,complete the quests,but receive NOTHING.

Same BS reply received as you got. Still no reward there is no option to submit prove of completion. Totally bad customer service.

Yeah,we got none while some get like 2or3 copies of the reward. This is really bad.

I will stop play this game if i didn't get my rewards. Cause my soul carta never be completed.

I do afraid that we may never get that since we can not send any evidence that is able to guarantee that we did it.

Moreover,the worst part is many get more than a copy which I do believe that they must wrongly send us’ to them.

It has been proven that they is wrong cause some users can get two soul cartas.

That's means there is definitely a possibility that they haven't send reward to the intended user.
