    For PVP that’s debatably the best core in the game on any class. I’d put it on your best pvp unit you feel like you’ll be using for a long time.

    Equally good for either however attackers are fragile so depending on your lineup your call to use now or stick on debuffer while you wait for a purple core w boosts to attack def and hp, usually those synergistically slot on to attackers even better from my experiments and from advice I've gotten but I have two debuffer types w similar to that and they've done great (fire eve and grass Catherine)

    Do not material that blue def 2*hp core! The def and massive hp boost will make whoever you place it on rowdy as hell , think taunt tank attacker debuffer ...don't waste it! It's a peak core
