So, does anyone else not really know how ignition cores work or what ones would be best for your units? High key sometimes feel like an idiot when it comes to this game now lol
making cores has a rng element to it. you just have to be lucky to get a core that has three stats lit up on red.
3 red stats not always good =)
i'll give u an example, for Light Maat best will be Amp def+HP+HP, or 2-nd best Amp def+HP+Crit. And there are alot of same support/tank/heal childs who'll get zero benefit from "3 red stats", instead they'll get insane 30% hp and very nice def from "1 red 2 white" core xD
what about ATK+HP+HP for light maat or DF+HP+ATK ? increased atk for healers increases their healing. Crt's double it.
Amp atk stat do NOT increas atk itself it increases DAMAGE u do with skills. Did u saw damage from Maat? xDSimple Atk 1000=40-43 increas in heal for Maat(you can easy check it with Anniversary soulcarta). So simple atk stat is also useless for maat, and adding more atk to ur support/healers on Front row may result in very bad output, like getting double edge or other buffs u don't want to get on ur front row. Amp crit do not affect heals,at least on Neptune(correct me if u found healer on which amp crit gives anything).Simple crit can be beneficial for Maat/Neptune couse it'll give(1500 from full ignition) 1000=1% crit chance which is not very big but still better then 40 hp from atk.Ofc Amp Def+HP is already good. Just Amp Def+HP+HP is perfect =)HP+HP options are insane u get 6k HP that's ALOT.
IcyLin Seems like a waste then, thanks shift up for adding a new game mechanic that doest work for half the roster
IcyLin just tested it, i took her SC off she was doing 410 healing regen then i tried it with SC she was doing 460 healing regen.
Zombie Dane it's really pretty balanced in some way. Attackers get big boost in damage, while support childs get boost in def and hp, so it compensates each other.
The first core that you feed into a child is the most important one, it will determine what stats she will get for ignition. So save the best cores and use them for the right childs (priority can vary from content you need a buff the most).Best for attacker or healer:1) Amp atk core with Amp atk, Amp crt and Amp agi 2) Amp crt with Amp atk, Amp crt, Amp agi3) Amp atk with Amp atk, Amp crt and atk/crt or agi4) Amp atk or Amp crt with 1/2 red stats + 1/2 white statsBest for other childs:1) Amp def with Amp def, Amp agi, Amp crt or Amp atk2) Amp agi with Amp agi, Amp def, Amp crt or Amp atk3) Amp def or Amp agi with 1/2 red stats + 1/2 white stats (in this case hp and def as white stats)Etc...
me me... am anyone alse... I don't get it at all lol
For attacker: pve: Amp atk core with Amp Agl/Amp Crit+Amp Crit or Amp Crit+Amp Atk+Amp Atk(which is very rare)pvp: Amp atk core with Amp Crit/Amp Def+Amp Def or HPFor all other childs for pvp/pve:Amp Def core with Amp Atk/HP+HPProbably it's the best setups my opinion.
Yeah, I'm still uncertain about some but I've been somewhat inactive due to irl stuff since lockdown or so.I planned to properly try and look into it in more detail the next few days, but I don't want to do the usual and just experiment to figure it out myself. If I find anything helpful that others haven't yet mentioned I'll post them here from ya all.good luck mates,🍻
