    Looks like you summoned twice if that number is correct 18,800 and now you have 13,905 the only logical explanation would be 2 summons at 2,700 that's 5,100
    18,800
    -5,100 =13,700

    And that's pretty much around the Crystal you have now so it's either you summoned twice didn't get anything and trying to see of you can get it back with the new banner closing in. You summoned twice and thought it was gold summons in this case it's a mistake on your part or It's some faulty bug if that's the case write them an inquiry https://line.games/cs/faq/DCG and they'll get you sorted out

    That happened to me when I bought Crystals in my android and then played on mi iPhone, maybe you switched devices? If that is the case , just return to the device where you bought them and there they are

    nope, my child did not increase in slot number, if i summon twice, my slot will be full, anyhow, i will report to the game dev. hopefully they solve my problem
