Why is my game showing a firewall declined issue?

I am using Orbi Netgear router and satellite. My game is working fine while connecting to orbi router. Whenever I am going to play the game with a satellite it stops working saying some firewall issue. Basically I won't connect to internet while using orbi satellite. Is that a common problem or I did something wrong. Should I do do some changes in my router like ports or something? I tried some steps to solve it from https://fixotip.com/why-is-my-netgear-orbi-not-connecting-to-internet/ and it starts loading but lagging. What should I do now?
