Those are both some of the best cores around for a variety of units. Adef Aatk Hp is a great pvp core for basically any unit. Adef HP HP is very likely the best core for a defender unit in PVP. I’d strongly consider them both for your pvp teams. Optimal cores are really important for pvp units.

Also those cores are great choices for WB or Ragna non attackers. But base cores are much less important for those modes since your igniting for skill changes more than optimal stats.

With cores that good I would invest them in pvp units
