Raid childs question

Im curious n idk how to find out, does anyone know if there's a child with fixed damage in raids like Virupa n Artemis for every element?

    Annie was the first to have something like that but it's much lower than the other 2.

    "9000 Critical Fixed Damage (When a critical hit lands on an enemy, deal Fixed Damage) to Enemy [Raid Only]."

    Yea that is very low considering we can get 600k+ damage per crit with the right setup n child.
