Help! I lost my account


A few days ago I reinstalled the game after a few years. When I was going to enter the game I found out that they deleted the kakao accounts and I used my kakao account. I never received any mail or something like that to notify me, so I had no idea. Is there any way to recover my account? I sent 2 tickets to support a few days ago but still no response. I thought that I would have linked my account to google since in its time I made two purchases (I have the receipts and I also sent them to support) but when I entered it sent me to the tutorial. Please if anyone knows what I can do I would appreciate it.

    I'm going to guess you have more than 1 gmail account on your device.

    That or you never added a previous gmail account.

    With Android you have to set the game up to launch with the correct gmail account.

    - Open Android Settings

    - Google

    - Setting for Google Apps

    - Play Games

    - Change account for games.

    Your games will now be listed, locate Destiny Child and change it to launch with your other gmail account.

    Assuming you did indeed link DC to a gmail account it's probably one of your other ones. ( people these days have multiple gmail accounts )
