free 3 raid tickets didn't sent to mailbox?

been 3 times i try this and non of em come to my mailbox it should be 2hrs refresh but when i reopen the game i can watch the ads again and 3 times been doing that, not even a single tickets been sent to my mailbox? what happen? the count of try from 3/5 become 0/5 (the first 2 watched ads is been sent but the last of 3 is not)

    Same problem here.

    I just watched an ads at 17:53 UTC +7 and somehow I didn't receive the corresponding tickets

    Same issue, I saw my fourth ad and I didn't get the tickets. After restarting the app the fifth ad was instantly available and the tickets were still not delivered. So I clicked on the fifth ad and still no tickets. 6 raid tickets not delivered.

    Same. All 5 attempts resulted in no tickets whatsoever even when re-starting the app.
    I can confirm the brief disconnect some hours ago may be the case, since I started purchasing tickets after that.
