Where can we buy the new Bathory’s Skin?

It’s mentioned in the update note that the new Bathory skin can be purchased as a premium skin. However, I can’t find where to buy the skin from.

    Counter Strike is an interesting game. Where can I find skins for cs: go? Do not buy keys from developers, because they will always be more expensive than buying them on the Steam marketplace or other sites like https://dmarket.com/ingame-items/item-list/csgo-skins/rifle/sg%20553 . There I purchased skins for SG. It's cheaper to buy inexpensive items with lots of keys and then exchange them for skins.
