Core questions
FORUMI've been following everything posted about core optimization, trying to wrap my head around the mechanic. I *think* I've got a decent grasp of the basics, but would like some feedback from the community.
ATK-AGL-AGL: Best for raid. Seems pretty OP, but what do you think? ATK-CRT-atk: Decent for WB. ATK-CRT-DEF: Great for PvP. CRT-ATK-hp: ? WB maybe? DEF-ATK-AGL: The DEF and AGL clash on this one. Don't need DEF for raid, don't need AGL for PvP. Maybe good for support, defender, debuffer, or healer? I currently use Eve with a ATK-DEF-crt core for PvP. Thinking of trying out my light Saturn. Would that ATK-CRT-DEF core be good for her? Or maybe Sniper Hildr? Saturn is unignited at +5, Hildr is ignited to 3* at +3. Hildr's core is ATK-DEF-AGL.
Best cores PvP currently: Attacker ADef AAtk HP, AAtk ADef HP or like for every other class : ADef HP HP
Out of you cores, I d consider the 5th, then 3rd, usable for endless, but in general for pvp not-attackers I d prefer any ADef + HP + x
lSaturn is dot, therefore ADef HP HP or ADef AAtk HP. Survivability is more important for her then AAtk.
Your Hildr wouldn‘t improve much by changing core from AAtk ADef AAgl to AAtk ADef ACrt in PvP, so I wouldn’t.ATK/AGL/AGL: yes, best with raid attackers, especially attackers that use Tap and/or in groups that favour more fever times over more damage per hit. Great with WB attackers (especially tap).
ATK/CRT/atk: decent for WB or Raid attackers, especially attackers that use Slide, and groups with Crit buffing childs
ATK/CRT/DEF: Great for PVP/Endless if you have a Crit buffing child in the group, otherwise it's only good, not great, (needs a Crit to occur for the CRT part of the core to do anything, which depends highly on your gear, and is still a rare occurrence). Decent for WB/raid attackers with groups with crit buffers
CRT/ATK/hp: same as ATK/CRT/DEF
DEF/ATK/AGL: Decent for raid tap attacker, or not bad for WB/PVP/Endless attackers (if you don't get cores too often). If you do get cores often, the cores I called "decent"/"not bad" could also be used as fodder or stepping stones until you get a better core to switch out.
ATK/CRT/DEF would be better utilized by Hildr in PVP if you use Auto, or use manual and Tap to get that Focus ability up. If you use a lot of crit building gear on Eve or Saturn, then maybe... but not the best.That att- agl- agl core looks realy good for those childs that have some kind of an attack which is amplified by the agl % to succeed e.g. Vipura, Berserker Artemis.
Aatt- crit- att I would definetly put it on tap skill childs good for all type pve
And for me any type of core with HP is realy good for pvp it gives extra 1000 hp per upgradethe truth is you are never going to get all the desirably cores you want.
core 1 best Ragna best of the best congratulations!
core 2 great for ragna and WB
core 3 & 5 hybrid pvp and PvE
core 4 can use for pvp and pve. decent but also could be use as fodder.
