Most, if not, all S options are quite good. But this S option is so much worse than the other S options in its slot.
The third option here can heal 600 if 1/4 of the damage is over 2400. With ignition a ton of units are now hitting over 2400 per slide hit. For comparison you're healing 600 100% of the time vs 300 30% of the time. The 30% option is so bad that you can roll it away for a A option to heal everytime you take a slide hit that it will still be better. No S option should ever be worse than a A grade option.
