Shiftup coupon code? It doesn’t work for me...

Good day, when I started the game today I found this coupon code from the game news (I cut out the code because is unique for each users)...

  I tried to follow the instructions but it didn’t works (and the Destiny Child art book is still out of order).   On “more info” it redirects to this page:

    I tried to “buy” the art book as it said, but without items in the storage, I can’t progress.   I tried to apply that code for the DC Manga, but it says the code is invalid.   What I need to do to use that code? I don’t get it.
