FORUMIt show error when i buy the pass, but the money is still deducted and i didn't get pass

And if i try to (re)pay the "ARCH DEVIL pass. I have the error IGP7 ... ?
I prefer to precise this, i'm a french player.
I'm a new player on the game and you talking about on your message a "Sync Botton" but I don't find ??? Maybe if I click on, my problem will be resolve :)
I open a support ticket directly on the game about this.
If someone can respond me about the "Sync Buttoo".
