Help me my game is bugged

I have tried uninstalling it and installing it multiple times, everytime I log in using my google play account (Asilversnowleopard@gmail.com) it doesn't work. I once logged in using a unaffiliated account and it worked! so it has nothing to do with my phone or application, my account isn't working. I've never cheated or anything dumb like that. I think my account id is bqbky9p0e5r2 I hope someone can help me fix it I didn't know where else to go :(( if anyone could please let me know that'd be excellent
