Chance to remove one Skill Defense related debuff from the targets.

Currently, these debuffs are considered Skill Defense related:
- Tap Skill DEF reduction
- Slide Skill DEF reduction
- Skill Damage DEF reduction
- Burn

Can remove burn and blade and normal DEF reduction such as Freesia's Skill?

No.
- Dancing Blade is a DoT
- DEF reduction is a Defense-related debuff, which is a different type from SKILL DEF related debuff.

So, Wodan's tap skill can againt just Bikini Mona and Light Werewolf, Right?

Yes, and you'd barely have any use for it. You'd use her Slide and Drive more often.

she's a specified child for water kiwami underground, so according to her skills there'll be -skill def debuffs,and alot of time based debaffs including -charge speed =)) i don't see any use for her anywhere except that only kiwami underground. may be useful against some pvp teams with 2 debuffers ofc only if she can cleance thoose specified debuffs,except that she's another child that will just take a slot in ur childbar till her time will come =) also she needs manual.

I'm supposing that's simply a strange way to phrase defense debuff. I really don't know what a 'skill def debuff' is and can't imagine it would be anything other than a debuff to how much defensive skills defend.
