For my ignorance I never backed up my account so due to a connection error I lost everything so I will not be starting from scratch especially with Ragna tomorrow night so I wish u all farewell and always back up your save data don’t be stupid like me

    I'm on iOS unfortunately and when I was loading the game I got a connection error which I guess signed me out of my guest account and since I didn't bind my account I lost it for being stupid.

    It sucks but I'm 100% at fault nobody to blame but my own so I advise everyone who read this post to link there accounts so this doesn't happen.

    did u bought anything from the game with irl money? If you did so then add your id and the receit for it and they might make wonder. It's not like the data from ur account is deleted or anything. It is still there

    add in your report that if they cant restore your account other players might leave the game as well including me !!! So give a link to this thread as well ! xD Sometimes you need to go hard on their arses !!!

    You never connected it to Game Center? Genuinely curious as I thought it was a requirement to play on iOS. How else does your data load every login?

    Game center only link 1 game per Apple account and since i had issue with the game before on the same account it doesn't bind.

    I used the guest login since December of last year and didn't use anything else to back it up so this is all on me I do appreciate this community doing there best to help me but until i get an email back it's gone.

    from other apps i've played, regardless of what type of account you have, all of that account/child data is somewhere in their databases. they can get it back in your hands if you prove to them it belongs to you, stuff like childs owned, their uncaps, costumes, etc, as account ID alone probably wouldn't be safe.
