I think it's bots created by the system to have in place in case there isnt any players to challenge. most of the active base are in platinum
Bots or not, it makes devil rumble terrible, especially if you're still new LOL
I only do my 10 min and just watch my rank tank because literally every refresh is like this.
Makes me not wanna even do rumble.
