    i think they gave compensation exactly for this (3 tickets in mail).

    anyway it feels their service becomes worse with each patch as if they dont care about global server anymore which is incredibly sad.

    This is really annoying. You get invested into the story and then can't actually read it until it comes out as a chapter.
    These are the kinds of things that make me think that the game is getting ready to close down.
