pepita and nicole spa skins not animated?

Is it like that for anyone else? no animatio except blinking and they don't follow the butterfly

    When the new units are released in the Korean server, they normally never have the spa skins animated. Animation is made weeks/months after the initial release (or never, just look at Thisbe).

    You don't notice this because we're so behind the KR server. You did notice this time because Nicole/Pepita/Grilla (you forgot her) were the new units released simultaneously for all servers.

    They're not the only ones. There's a whole bunch of characters, especially from the ones below 5*, that don't have their spa skins Live Animated. Besides the ones you mentioned, there's also Thisbe and Grilla.

    If you look in the archive that shows which ones you have and which ones you're missing, you'll see the ones that aren't animated have a little "2D" icon on them.
