Are those chest completely random or is there a way to always get them to appear?

I witched the SC around. Mona and Pantheon still use the same equipments. I played manual to make sure that I have all the buffs before fever and was able to one shot without the new SC. I was also lucky to have landed a fever without shield from Cain. Dive order Davi, Mona and Leo. (Maybe she was able to help reach skill drive a bit faster) hope it helps 🙂

This is both my PvP and Ragna Break team for this season on my Mini account. What do you guys think? Do I got a good start? If so, what equipment/ soul carta should I keep an eye out for?

The Basics of Ignition ⚒️👨‍🎓

- So I've had some time to study this ignition system, and thought I'd try to break it down for those who don't have the time or inclination.

- Really, it's all very linear, once you've decided who to ignite, the only variables are the stats on your first core.

💥 Basically just two steps!
✔️ 1. Creating a Core

- You can make a core using any playable 5* base character (ahem, Mammon). Even 1 core can be a huge benefit!

- Each core has 3 stats. One main and two sides. The main will always be an Amplified stat and the sub stats will not be the same as main stat.

💥 Notice, only the first core stats matter!

- All stat growth is determined by the first core you use to ignite. The rest are just fodder. Any core will do.

- So save your best cores for first ignition and use mediocre cores for upgrades (if you upgrade at all).

- If you don't want to wait until you get the perfect core, or if you just want different stats later on, it appears you can replace the first core without losing your ignition progress. *You will lose that original core, though.*
✔️ 2. So, what is a 'good' core?

- Amplified stats are less common and generally more valuable. They have different effects than normal stats.

- For example, Amplified AGL increases weak point damage and Amplified CRT increases critical damage, not critical rate.

- (for some nitty-gritty details, try checking my earlier post on the topic. It's a bit messy, but there's some great info from JP players and discord community. 🙂)

💫 *Generally* speaking...

- Amplified AGL is good for Raid attackers who do most of their damage during fever time, as it boosts weak point attack. (Fire vs. Wood, Light vs. Dark, etc.)

- Amplified CRT is good for World Boss attackers, where fever doesn't matter much, or for Raid attackers who can crit during fever, like Bridal Hildr or Cleo. It gives a massive boost to critical damage.

- PvP depends on your team and the ever shifting meta. Might want Amplified DEF or ATK, as they are more versatile. Maybe Amplified CRT for Fire Bathory.

- Secondary stats should *ideally* be complimentary, e.g. ATK and/or Amplified ATK on a CRT core. They cannot be upgraded as much as main stat, but can offer significant bonuses.
✔️ 3. Is it worth it?

- Testing by JP candidates has shown Amplified CRT can increase critical damage by ~15% for every 50 points. Even just one ignition level with an Amplify CRT core gives you 150! That's +45% critical damage for one core! You don't need a blowhole to appreciate that 🐳

- You don't even have to worry about the other two stats. Just slap any old CRT core in and go to town! (mileage may vary on global version, but even half that would be significant)

- Sure, there are some whales who already have their whole Ragna team fully ignited. I was discouraged at first myself, having only a couple childs at +6 and a paltry few S-rank equipment options.

- But after learning a bit more about it, I really think this system was designed not just as a cash grab, but also to give all players some *long* term goals to work towards so the game doesn't get stale.

- This update certainly creates some growth potential. No need to do it all overnight. If you did, you'd have nothing to do tomorrow!
👨‍🎓 Conclusion

- Well, It's a fairly complex system. I hope I didn't over simplify it, but I did want to keep it relatively "short." Let me know if it helps!

1st Attacker for Ignition

So couse we got only water ignition for now, im quite confused in which attacker should i invest 1-st: Salome or Eve or may be u have better options that i don't see?

Alot of childs that are maily used in most wb/pvp/ragna don't have ignition( 2xBathory,2xDana,Mafdet(light),2xMaat,Neptune,2xMidas,Sytry,3xMona,2xWerewolf,Pantheon,Navi,Pomona,e.t.c)
And like 99% of water childs have ignition(some really insane like Swimsuit Davi,and some are rly funny like 3* Lisa).
I just wonder why we got only water childs ignition? Any1 know how it was on jp/kr? How long till we'll get other childs ignition?

💸 Soul Carta enhancement 💸 (are you wasting 💰💲⁉️)

I realized a while back that I was blowing a lot of money enhancing Carta with low tier equipment. Now I only use 5* gear, sometimes 4*.

I decided to see how efficient it really is. Here's a quick and dirty chart:
Low tier equipment is best used only for enhancing regular equipment or being sold, unless you need Carta enhanced urgently or just don't care.

Same rates for 4* Carta
This has saved me loads of cash. Hope it helps! 🤑💰

Don't use "regen" Childs with Ziva WB!

This World Boss guide should be changed. I was getting my ass handed to me until I was on reddit and someone mentioned not using regen because of "recovery buff blast". Without regen healers, Ziva doesn't really do much damage. I use Neptune and Prophet Dana (fire healer) for healing, and Mars for barrier and haven't had any deaths (I don't think). Before, my whole front row would be dead with a minute left, or worse. My team is pretty weak (lots of 5★ characters, low uncaps, etc.) but I do much better now.

The only other healer who gives a flat heal amount and no regen is Aurora, the fire healer. But that's only looking through the characters I have, so there may be more.

some players use Wodan in their Ragna Break lineups. She can heal, remove debuffs and gives the attack buff Frenzy.

Full auto and no dying

With Hp and Def SC you don't need a healer or defense child. You can also play manual with Rusaka lead and reach 4th fever if your your LH Davi is low uncap for one shot kill. Drive order Rusaka, Rookie Mona and Failnaugh.

Hello! I've started playing at x1 speed to maximize damage and have been playing around with team arrangements (mostly copying other people lol idk what i'm doing honestly)

I have a few questions if anyone is up to answer!!

My Abaddon is uncapped +5 but has 0 skills leveled up and is an E class. Is he worth placing somewhere on my team despite that? I can try and get him up to a B but I'm very low on onyx.

I put Katherine in the back in replacement of Wood Sytry (haven't pulled her), was that a good move or should someone else take her place? I know they both have allure which is good for Kasumi's stun or something or the other and I read on here that she'd be a good replacement.

Any tips on better arrangements for my team and who to give weapons/accessories/carta etc. would be cool cuz like I said I'm pretty clueless. I don't have Navi btw.

On farming the sevenths

The new subchapter continues on the trend set by all but the first subchapters of Chapter 2.

The seventh dungeon of those subchapters drops a four-star armor (always the same across the five subchapters in question). Four-star equip is better fuel for Soul Carta enhancement.

What makes the new Seventh more attractive than those before it is that it drops red evolution crystals, helping an f2p player to more easily evolve the aurora heart material childs.
It also has an exp bonus.

So, if one is not dissuaded by stamina cost or by imbalance in crafting tools inventory (all sevenths so far drop only armor crafting tools), the new "Luin's Intensive Training IV" is the place to go for daily 10.
They never admitted to those drop tables being a bug in a bug report post of mine from some six months ago, so everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

The Relaxing Beach Experience

Hardly have any crystals and real money cause you're rolling for up to 5 DOA characters, so you don't prioritize getting this carta ? You're not missing much.

So you buy this for $60 Canadian/what have you, and it goes to your mailbox with 25 five☆ galaxy cards like so.
You then have to clear out your invetory so you can take the "purchased" items out of your mailbox


In the above image we see why I had to sell off some of the very gear I would've used to enhance the card. Some of it was handed to units while the rest was purged until I had enough space. ( purged the lowest grades lowest star items)


If/when you get this card and you spend the 6 million or so gold to max it out, and in my case summon some equipment after the equipment purge. You're still rubbing your goatee ( If you're a man with balls of steel like me )
After the lousey experience. The first thing you'll probably do is give it to a speed attacker and put them on the front line of WB, and as expected you'll notice the following..

- Your attacker's ATK has been nerfed. Then the special option takes what ATK you have left and increases it 22% in this case. Sadness manifest.

- Pantheon, Mona, and Chang'e, will ignore our subject

- In the front line our subject may/will get stunned.

- No crit buff, no speed buffs.

^ That was for Siren and Abaddon.

Giving this carta to maxed out Ayane can put her ontop of the ATK list, but then... So can many other ATK/CRT cards and even make her stronger.

But you don't want your attackers to get poisond and stunned ? That's fine keep them in the back row. There's 0 benefit the HP/DEF this card offers while made for an attacker in WB.

Some of you might have noticed that guy Adrenaline has 2 attackers in the front line.

I bring him up cause he's always a shinning example of what a WB party should be.
I have little clues as to why a hotshot would put them ontop where they are prone to getting stunned and cancelled out for fever. Being first to charge after 2 fevertimes isn't worth the trade off.

That being said him having those attackers up there doesn't mean he's nerfing them into weaklings with this carta.

I do agree with using Hermes for Siren and Abaddon.

( I'm still 50% unsure of that guy tbh. It could be Jong Un or Putin playing on that account )
My personal opinion is this card, it's sexy trash.

The Japanese version offers ATK/CRT making it reusable for future water WB, while this global version, we could emulate it with weaker gear.

I sometimes take away Ayane's weapon and accessory when I want her to be 3rd highest ATK with leverage, so Sytry doesn't put Ayane back on top. Could have been done without this card.

I noticed I can buy 4 more of these beauties in the shop LOL.

If anyone knows of a good use case for this card please enlighten us. All I see is a WB card that works in the boss's favor.

My current team is

As of now my Power is at 116,454 and the current Power of the top players at 140k+ power. My goal is to get the highest rank i can get with my whole team, now i need other players time to evaluate and help me make adjustment to improve my team.

Here is the current setup of my child
So far i think i can still make improvements but i don't expect it to make a really big difference in terms of Power , I think i haven't utilize and fully equipped my best gear so i need other players to improve my team.

Few options that i can think is to change my team, equipment, and switch some weapons stats with few of the A ranks that I've collected, not much but it still doable?

Few child on my mind that i can use on my team limos, lanfei, durandal, redcross, iphis, pantheon, eve, isolde, neptune, and W.bathory. Most of them aren't +6 but if i try to reincarnate there is a chance to get few of them to +6 my current onyx is 500k i think it is roughly enough to make one +6 child to max skill level.

Please recommend me what to use and what is effective to use. My preferred playing style is mostly Auto but i can try Manual. Also any combos that u might share to improve my playing style or combinations of items or child would be really helpful so pls. do share some tips.

I don't care about pvp(I only did it for the dailies)My friend said with my current line up I can do up to World Boss level 30 for Kasumi which is fine by me. Having missed every single collab besides Snow Miku, I hope in the future we can get reruns🤣
