Bugged since WB launched. Help

Since this WB update, i am unable to do WB or anything. Dailies just get stuck, WB runs doesnt end, the screen doesn't freeze, WB just stays there floating after the timer ends. Tried reinstalling but didnt work. Need help

I logged in tonight only to find, (yet again) that I have been kicked out of my new account that I have had for many months now, I'm lvl 70 and I've put in so much work into making it competitive. A year ago I made an account, it's very old and not good at all. When I log to back in I found myself back in my old account. It will not let me sign in with my line account, I thought my new account was linked with my Google. But that turns out not to be the case. Is there some way I can keep both accounts and switch between them? If not then please help me find a way to get back into my new account. I do not want to lose all the progress I have made this is very frustrating. If anyone knows a way, please comment fast an upvote so others who have the same problem can see this. Thank you

Hot spring coins are generated during the hot spring bath, but the hot spring coins disappear after the bath
If you don't pick up the coins on the way, the coins will disappear ...

Best Rumble Child Lucky Box 5☆ Tickets

So I bought a lot of these ( got a nice jackpot ) and this morning I used five or six 5☆ tickets. And I kept getting these 2 characters over and over again.


On the up side I can complete fire Bathory, and Mysterious Student Eve is +5 now.

Still I think this is broken to have given me the same childs over and over again when it's so expensive to do this.

Game crashing after attempted purchase in scarlet collection

I've been dealing with this problem for the past couple of days. The issue is when I attempt to purchase anything from the scarlet collection using blood gems I'm presented with the error below and the app restarts. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice on two different devices and all without the English translation patch. And still the issue persists. Kinda out of ideas anyone familiar with this type of problem?

Scarlet Collection Bug

I went and bought out the weapon and armor refining orbs because they were on sale so I could level up pallas' weapon but I haven't gotten anything. No refining orbs sent to my inventory or mail and I'm a little pissed this happened because grinding for Blood Gems takes a long time and waisting them like that kinda hurts. based off of simple math you would be able to tell that I had 179 Blood Gems before buying them. This is the first bug that I have found.

Minor Spa visual bug.

I was yumming up all my experience from the Spa today when I realised my new Courtesan Bathory skin looked...well, pretty ugly if I'm honest. I'll link an uncompressed screenshot so you can see what I mean - https://i.imgur.com/XB02Xk8.jpg
I went to look at my Spa Archive and saw that Courtesan Bathory's spa skin looked fine - sharp, crisp, looks very pretty when you make her chase the butterfly. So I went back into my Spa to see if I was just blind, and saw that her spa skin had also updated to show the crisper, high resolution image (uncompressed shot again) - https://i.imgur.com/tliWiVY.jpg
If you look carefully at the water/steam/details of the Spa screen itself, it looks like the game is initially loading up low-res Live2D art and background assets when you load up. Then if you go into the Spa Archive, the game seems to "wake up" and it forces itself to load the higher-res assets. This is not limited to Bathory's skin either, as the same happens with 5* Demeter's skin too. This is only really a minor visual bug, but I thought I'd post it - for now, it's fixable if you go to the Archive and look at any skin.

Hello guys, I just bought a new cell phone(ZenFone Max Shot) and installed the game ... however all sfx is a mess, audio cutting and popping ... and this is only happening in DC, I have already tested it in other applications it is not a cell phone problem . Perhaps some incompatibility? please help me.😭🙏

Missing sort options in new inventory screen

It's possible to sort by Rarity/Recent/Enhancement/Name in all categories except Weapons.

Additionally, SC enhance and soul enhance has filter and sort options in its screen, but weapons/armor/accessories don't. Would this be added?

Option to toggle the new FB/Moot icons please.

Great update, but I'd like there to be a toggle (or some kind of option) to hide the two new icons added to the homescreen. I don't use FB and I check Moot everyday anyway. I understand the icons probably aren't really directed at me, but I'd like an option to declutter the screen if possible. Thanks.

HoR 6* bugged?

So i'd just finished leveling 3 fodder childs for the HoR. They aren't locked. They are 6* and level 60. They don't have any gear. And i'm unable to offer any of them for Metamorphosis when they've explicitly met the stated statements.
 
The only other reason I can think of for not being able to do this is that they might need to be Awakened to at least S-rank or fully awakened.
 
If that IS the case, then this is arguably an even WORSE option than the 4* bloodgem summon due to the sheer scope of onyx you need to burn and makes 5* the hands down best.
 
If this isn't a bug, I'd seriously suggest lowering the requirements to the stated values or adding the extra ones required in the help button.
 
(Also. You guys ever planning on buffing some childs? Just askin cuz some like Luin were kind of nerfed into absolute irrelevancy when they came over to NA when they were never that strong on KR or JP. I'd have thought they might have been buffed so they could fill particular niches or teamcomps.)

Spa Skins Not Appearing

I had gotten 3 Water Child Spa Skin boxes from the roulette using the triple spin, after I finished opening all of them I had pressed "Receive All" on this mail screen and they let me claim all the skins. Come to find out that Naias and Santa Claus can't be defogged and it still shows that I haven't collected their skins. I had Thanatos already but he doesn't have any spirits to use either.

Infernal Spa Skin Bug?

Got Deino from summoning after receiving her Spa Skin from the midnight parade. Since summoning her, I've gone back and obtained her Spa Skin in the parade another 3 times, but it still won't show up in the archive that I have it.
 
I have tried searching for more info but can't seem to find any info - is this a known thing that I am unaware of or an actual bug of some kind?
 
I have double-checked the archive and it's not showing I own the skin, I also do not have the option to "defog" Deino. Not sure what else I can do at this point?

Spa Rotation Button Not Working

I'm using an iPhone and the 'Change View' rotation button isn't working for me. My game's already up to date, so I'm not sure what the problem is... I've seen one or two comments that also have the same problem, but I couldn't find a solution anywhere.
 
Is there something I'm missing?
 
Edit: Okay, apparently rotation isn't applied on iOS yet because of some restrictions. Just gotta wait for a future update!

Is the roulette bugging?

I pressed the 300 button but it only roll once and only give me like 10 present

On raid story stage 8 the evo material reward listed is for fire, but I only ever get wood crystals!

The only evo material reward I get for farming this stage is green! Just figure I should share this in case anyone else like me is trying to farm red evo crystals and rumble coin change at the same time. I’m not sure if this is the same on earlier stages, and I don’t recall what the initial clear rewards were, but I think this is bugged for the possible rewards.

Edit: I also want to add that the green evo crystal I just got was a 1* rarity. Am I wrong, or is this a significant bug in the possible rewards?

Prism Soul Carta Ticket Rates Bugged!

So I used a few Prism Soul Carta Tickets this morning when the servers came up in hopes to get the new 5-star Moment of Respite Soul Carta (ideal for current Ragna boss). It wasn't until AFTER I used the tickets that I went to check the rate...
 
As you can see in the attached images, the Prism Soul Carta Tickets were NOT updated to include the new Soul Carta.
You can tell this is a bug, because the Regular Soul Carta Ticket rates were updated (see second image attached).
Can this bug be fixed, and can I (and any others) who used their tickets be refunded out tickets?

Fifth of Rebirth Labyrinth daily missions doesn't get a completion pop-up anymore

A minor bug, not so long ago I've noticed the titular lack of the fifth pop-up. It's not hard to spot, because I'm usually doing the five runs of the Labyrinth back-to-back. I see the Beginner Alchemist Challenge through to No Philosopher's Stone, but completion of the final mission In Search of Truth doesn't trigger its pop-up.
I mean the one in the top-left corner at the results screen, which, when tapped, brings you to the mission list where you can quickly claim the rewards.
No other missions get completed at the same time (which would cause only a single pop-up most important by some hierarchy).
Does anyone else have the issue?

Arch devil pass unlock error

I purchased the Arch devil pass unlock on 13 Feb 2020 and have received this message. I have tried syncing my purchases on the shop and my arch devil pass is still locked.

I have purchased this at around 1640 GMT +8 and the order has been pending till now. I have checked my google play account and i see the purchase has been made but the arch devil pass is still locked ingame. I have contacted support but have yet to get a reply. Please help. Thank you!

After latest update, all child voice lines disappeared

Dont know why, but after the update all of my childs dont talk anymore, no matter what I do.
