[BUG = MINOR] Repeat mode on inactive evolution dungeons !

Hello team,
Thank you for this fabulous update but some bugs are present at the launch of the game.
 
We cannot activate the repeat mode, it deactivates when launching the first dungeon for no reason while I am active beforehand so that the dungeons are linked.

Stuck in opening screen

Where is the ragna break slayer rank reward?

Game crashed right when Davi 5 Star Summon

So for some reason I was experiencing a lot of game crashes a few days ago.. Seems to be better now, but a couple times the game crashed.
It happened when I opened a platnium chest and Davi appeared signalling a 5 star summon, but it crashed and I still got the child luckily.
Then I did the 330k Gold summon and my first summon was a 5 star, but the game crashed before it revealed who it was. I opened the game again checked my child list and I didn't get anybody new plus the 9 other summons were missing yet it still said the 330k was used. Kind of sad I lost a 5 star child somehow, but Idk anybody else have this issue before?

Hello all, I have browsed through this forum and only saw a few threads that could provide me some info on my issue.

I have purchased the 300% crystals package right on the minute when the new update was released on the 7th May. But before I could authenticate with my thumb print, I accidentally went out of the game. When I went back in, I met with the issue of "Purchase failed. System error" as I clicked on the sync purchase button. When I tried to purchase any other items, I encountered the "You have unprocessed transactions. Please tap the sync purchases button".

I only received the item when I emailed support and they delivered the 2700 crystals to my account. However, the "failed purchases" issue still persists.

I have

1) Cleared the caches of Google play store and destiny child app itself.
2)Reinstalled the game several times and rebooted my note 10
3) Checked with Google pay and my bank, they had no issues on their side. Payment went through.
4) Opened the app on two separate devices, and they also gave the same error message.

The customer support officer said it was a missing file in my app and reinstalling will help. However, if this is the case, I should be able to make purchases on my two other devices or after my 5 times of reinstalling on my phone.

Hence, I will like to ask the community if you have faced this issue before, and if the next big update will rectify this issue, or if you have any solutions to this problem. Thank you.

Android 10 DC laggy as F***

all is in the title its getting worst from a update to another, the game is laggy as f*** while browsing equipped child or going to spa same sh*t, even for the ragna scrolling is a pain in the @#$ what is wrong my phone is not that old still the same from my last message Mi A3 4gb ram up to date nothing wrong with the other game i play on this device so pls get this to the dev so they can optimize the game for android device.
 
I already see people come saying to me, play on emulator, what is the point to play a mobile game on emulator -_-'
 
Spare me Sh*ts like restart your phone or empty cash i already did tons of time,and customize android to see whats happen nothing change JUST OPTIMIZE YOUR GAME PLSSSSSSSSSS

Possibly a bug but a shortcut to those who'd like to enhance Soul Carta at the moment

Level 2-2-2-3, as I've suddenly realized, offers 4-star equip as loot.
No other story dungeon does, I think (edit: same piece of armor drops in 2-2-3-3; 2-2-4-3). This matters, because 4-star costs less gold per xp gain when enhancing soul cartas, even though the crystal is green and not the more desirable red.

The situation looks very much like a bug, but an in-game report was met with a bureaucratic answer. Like it matters what os I'm using or should I reiterate again some personal information they already have gathered for them to "assist with my issue". All in a weirdly formatted e-mail unlikely compatible with my mailer program.
No issue. Everything's gonna be alright, everything's gonna be alright.

The item rate of the raid story stage1 was secretly changed

I always find the boss at the raid story stage1 which can find 2*child easily and 1*Fire Pearl
But Today I can only find 1*child
I strongly condemn this behavior of the disigner.

Drive skill of Brigid not working at all

So basically I'm testing some new meta for the raids and I found the drive skill of Brigid not working. The attack only increased like 2.4% rather than 2400%

Prophet Dana - Leader Skill did not work correct

The Leader Skill of Prophet Dana Do Not work correct, especially in PVP. If My childs get hit by my opponents Drive Skill and two or more childs of my Team gets killed, Dana resurrect no one of them. Sometimes even only one of my child's died but Dana is still alive. I think there's maybe an bug. Have anyone else this problem or did I misunderstand her Leader Skill?

Unhelpful Status Icons

I said I wouldn't complain about this since I somehow always managed. But I'm now at my breaking point. I had to deal with this for far too many raids. The status icons that appear above a unit's portrait are supposed to give useful and INSTANT information of a unit's status to the player but I have to keep pausing my game constantly to see if Cleo's Focus has activated.
 
Case in point, as you can see below the Focus icon is nowhere near my Cleopatra during the match but once I pause I can see that I am good to go into fever time. But the pause menu is not helpful either, mind you. As it shows only six statuses as well.

Iphis Slide Debuff Bug

Why doesn't Iphis slide debuff(Damage Resonance) work with damage inflicted by other debuffs aka DoTs such as Poison, Venom, Bleed and Dancing Blade?(Also doesn't work with Nicole's second DMG based by number of buffs being applied to her)
The ability clearly states that it deals 20% of the damage dealt to the target other than the target.
Since it also doesn't work with nicole second part slide nor DoTs I am guessing it is a bug related to Dmg dealt as Purple and Green numbers, which I think are thouse who ignore Defense completly and aren't dealt instantaneously.

Ragna: Story activation of Ragna Alert

No alert is showing for me this Ragna, I have to assume after every 10 that my Ragna has began, quit story, and go look at the initiated Ragna from the Ragna event screen only.

The animation is not playing, but the Ragna challenge is activated. So story will just keep playing endlessly until I quit and go to the Ragna event page to challenge the activated challenge.

Cleopatra Tap Skill Buff

When I fighting ragna boss, I see my Cleopatra use the tap skill and I see got the buff icon. However, the next second is fever time she attack as normal attack without crit as if the buff does not exist while icon had appeared. It happen too fast, so I do not managed to get a screenshot. Is this my problem or is a bug?

I often need to reread some of the texts or skills info before I can figure the meaning. In this case, I feel they mean you can earn the cristals even you buy the pass after leveling up. I am not sure as english isn't my first language.

Eshu Ability Question

This was asked a while ago but wasn't really answered. Eshu's debuff barrier has different phrasing, a different icon, and even specific text referring to it as a "seperate shield" however when applied it overwrites regular barriers (dana, mars, etc.)
 
Was this ability intended to function like this or should these barriers stack? Photo for reference.

Not necessarily a bug, but... 'Triple Spin' implies much different results... Felt it important to mention this as I spent 600 fortune to receive the implied result, and did not.

Carta Crash

Everytime, I mean EVERYTIME, I anywhere near the Soul Carta menu to do anything, it crashes my game. Sometimes, it pities me and gives me a "free" enhance. Other than that, if I even exist near it, c r a s h.

Is there anyone else who experiences this issue please let me know.

I had the login issue on my main device and had to wait for the patch. After I got the patch, not even a week later I'm back to square one on more than just one device!

Sync Purchase System Error Shop Unusable

I'm trying to purchase one of the $5 items in which it directs me to sync purchases but I don't have any purchases pending. When clicking the Sync purchase button I get SYSTEM ERROR message and it's just a never ending loop so I can't buy anything.
Edit: I've done all of them even all at once reinstalled the app 4 times which it did nothing. I've been playing this game for 2 years now and I've not run into this issue. Done all steps submitted another ticket no reply to that one. Maybe the update will fix the underlying issue if not it kinda sucks I can't use the shop every now and again.
