Lag when I press on a tab
Many times when I press on tabs such as the mission passes and click the banner on them, my frame starts dropping, when I use option attachments on the 'items' section, it also drops frame, is there a solution for that?
Btw my phone is pretty high end with a good cpu (855+)

However I have some questions, and I am not the only one in this case, many players wonder about the optimization of the game on the Global version compared to its Korean version.
I installed the Korean version on my phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro) and I could see a more efficient and successful optimization than our version, yet basically they are the same games, just as the Korean and older and more content than our current version.

Here are the notable performance differences between the Global Version and the Korean Version:

1. The phone heats up very quickly after using the game for a long time.
2. The game consumes a lot of battery.
3. After a long use the game loses in performance, we have micro frame jumps, and big frame drops observed in Devil Rumble.
- Korean Version
1. The phone does not heat up at all, even after very long use.
2. The game consumes much less battery.
3. No performance drop observed after very long use, the game is always stable.

The question is, how does the Global manage to be as bad as its official version when they both run Android.
There is a big noticeable performance issue on this Global version.
Long before my problem with the Raid Billy crash that we noticed on my last ticket, and which is still present even after using all the solutions given, when I want to enjoy the game in LIVE 2D with all the graphics ...
Because yes by deactivating it I manage to play without problem but the game does not have the same head and especially that I do not play on an old phone, but a recent phone and optimized for mobile games so it's quite insulting to run this game with low performance on a powerful phone.

Yes I contribute to the game in my own way through my little YouTube videos and my Twitch lives but I want to offer and sell the game to the player, but a stable game because yes it is the best but not as much as it should be in terms of optimization.

[BAD] Crash Issues on the New Billy Season 10 Raid after the last update!
Hello to the SHIFT UP team!
Time is serious, recently I bought a better phone to take full advantage of Destiny Child with a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro which has 8 GB of RAM and a good processor.
However there was a problem since this new raid which did not happen during the others (Iphis, Dark Davi), on Billy the game closes randomly when I throw bosses which wastes me 1 ticket since in the end my damage from the crash of his not counted.
It is really a waste of time and investment in the game I do not find that normal at all given the material I use.

So I find myself doing bosses with the fear that the game will close when I put a lot of damage on it, I would say that the game crashes about 2 tries out of 10 on average which is frustrating I have already lost 5 entries because from where I had put more than 5 million damage in the end, they were not counted.
And when I log back in to collect my reward, I don't get anything since the damage from the crash was not recorded.

I wish a quick and efficient solution to solve this problem asap, I will give you the information you need :

I also spoke about this problem with my small French community on the game, they told me that they did not have this problem there and sent me their versions of Android I quote them to you:

Frame rate issues.
Has anyone else experince really poor performance since the new update went live? My phone is a pretty good one that runs all my other games including 3d games with consistent frame rates, but for destiny child it has always been kinda choppy and laggy and it has gotten worst after the latest update. Ive tried lowering graphical quality and even turned off live 2d and this still happens just wondering if this is the games fault or is my phone not suit for dc.

Summer Shooter Raid Boss
I can't believe i'm writing this post but something is really off about Annie's combat.
Just to get it out of the way I usually am able to 1 shot raids, and I've tried this one from various angles and I'm left wondering if this raid is broken.
It seems as though Annie is too underpowered to one shot Billy.
Max level, and max skills. Best gear, and prism.
I've done this boss with Pantheon, Neptune, Wodan, R. Mona.... Tried it with Bathory which is odd. Tried it with Bikini Lisa.
No matter how buffed Annie is, and how smooth the battle goes, a maxed out and well buffed and played Annie is having serious difficulty taking as much as half of this boss's health.
For some of us, the amount invested seems like a waste as we're agreeing that Jacheongbi has more potential than Annie.
Can one of you maybe relay this concern to the devs so they can test it then let us know that everything is fine ?
For this version of DC. We don't have Maid Sytry who I hear compliments Annie to be much greater at what she does. Is it possible this Maid Sytry was left out of this event maybe for accident ?
If there are no problems, then the devs have truly managed to outdo our imaginations. Maybe there is another child that will debuff or buff the battle to a point where Annie will end up doing 100% more damage throughout the duration of the match, but I don't see it. It's killing my motivation to play this boss and some of us have spent a lot in this event.

Increase Boss Spawning rate in Ragna Breaks?

I have noticed this issue during my participation on the past Ragna Breaks events that sometimes it took me a long time just to get a boss to spawn :( I heard from other players they said they did managed to experienced the same problem as i did. Sometimes it took them like 10+ minutes just to get a boss to appear. Longest was like 20 minutes. It will take quite some time to reach a level 40 Boss.
Also i would like to bring this to your attention, friends that accidentally defeated the discoverer bosses all by themselves will temporarily block and stop the discoverer's boss leveling progression since it doesn't level up unless the discoverer who found the boss has joined in and participated in it and managed to dealt 1% of damages.
Most of the time the players/friends who did this, will ended up removed from the friends list. I think they probably did it unintentionally without knowing it will stop the discoverer's boss leveling progression. I do believed that they were thinking that by helping on defeating friends bosses by themselves will help out on the discoverer's boss leveling progression but that's not the case in Destiny Child since it requires the discoverer's participation as well in order to get the boss to leveled up.
With no way on contacting them ingame it's very hard to let them know that they are preventing your boss leveling progression. Few hours ago, sadly i had no choice but to remove the person who kept defeating my bosses multiple times stopping my progression when i was trying to level up my boss :(
Due to low spawning rate of the Ragna Boss, players will find something else to do while leaving the game on auto repeat to grind low stamina cost stages and hoping they will discover a boss soon, but by the time they have returned to the game this is where the frustration happens :( since often a friend or group of friends has already taken downed the boss and this will lead up to stopping the discoverer's boss leveling progression, like i mentioned before it requires discoverer's participation in order for the boss to leveled up.
A remedy that i think will solve this issue would be change to when friends defeating a discoverer's boss, will leveled up the boss, the only bad thing is no Ragna coins rewards for the discoverer since he/she didn't participated in it but at least it doesn't annoy and stop the discoverer's boss leveling progression. It's not fun at all having to rediscover yet another boss since it's really tedious plus it's very time consuming just to spawn another one.
So it would be really nice if there's an update on fixing this issue maybe a notice ingame for awareness.
And i would like to make a suggestion on increasing the spawning rate of the Ragna Boss during Ragna Breaks events at least during leveling period such as level 1 to lvl30 bosses since it definitely will help out on this problem whereas the discoverer could easily refind another boss if they managed to encountered the unfortunate event. I do believe that this would be a helpful change :) as it will help players speed up on their progression on leveling up their bosses to lvl 40 to become slayers.

I was informed that people were looking into it but never heard if this was intended or not.
To recap the problem:

Can you reach the 2000W damage per ticket in World Boss till now?
I have intensified my team to the best of my ability. Have maxed the Skill\ Child's grades\euipment\soul cards. And for the equipement I have strengthen the enchantment at least CC(mainly focus on ATK improve).
But only reached a maximum 1300W damage. I don't think I can reach 2000W eventhough I make all the child 60+6. There's a huge gap between the goal and reality.
Can anyone teach me that whether I have missed something to improve my team?

Item crafting stones needs a fix
1) add option to triple roll an item instead of me having to click each tier 1 by 1 and roll once.
2) buff the roll chances cuz up till now i haven't seen a single Sx roll since the update, like even a 0.% would be nice considering hitting an SS roll is basically winning the lottery at this point.
3) i am using Oneplus 7pro which is a flagship phone with good ram and storage but i still LAG LIKE SHIT when i open item crafting menu, i literally playing slideshow when i open item crafting stones. also the reroll menu BUGS when i try to reroll cuz i cannot close it after rerolling.

Cheater on Ragna Break
I would like to report this top 1 player who clearly uses cheat, with his 8 seconds of score. Other than that I would like to ask why players who use mods with emulators (on PC etc..) are allowed, this allows them to have mods as: fever times of only 2-3 seconds each time instead of 6-7 like those who use iOS, or improved auto AI that taps or slide in a selected order and reach scores close to 2 minutes. It doesn't seem very fair to me.

I was in a raid. Finished then got a platinum chest. Not only it gave me literally nothing but also sent me to the main screen and a button appeared down the mission pass with a 00:00:00 timer that Said: limited edition special (or something like that) i couldnt click on it neither i could do something (go to night world, go to storymode, etc) then it disappeared when i restarted (forgot to take the picture when appeared)

Major lag
I have noticed that when I'm trying to upgrade my stats on my equipment, the game comes to a screeching halt. Its damn near impossible to use due to the lag. I've had to close the game several times because it would freeze. I have a Samsung Note 10+ so I know my specs are good and this should not be happening. Please fix this!
"Recover X% of Dmg as HP when hit" options don't work.
As stated in the title.
Case 1: My Dana has "When hit by a Tap Skill, recover 17% of damage as HP" in her armor. However, she doesn't recover any HP when hit during Fever Time (which normally counts as being hit by Tap Skill).
Case 2: My Newbie Mona has "When hit by a Drive Skill, recover 31% of damage as HP" option. She doesn't recover any HP when hit by a Drive Skill as well.

Hi everyone. I have a problem. I opened an account in the KR version. After bringing the account up to 30 lv, I wanted to go out and enter it again to guarantee it. I do this in every game I play. When I wanted to enter everything went wrong even though it was correct. I get an error such account not found. I was directed to open a cocoa account. Even though I did everything when I opened an account, this time it says "Enter this account with another cocoa account since it is linked". I tried to delete it app because it entered automatically with cocoa and it led me to open a new account. While trying to finish the tutorial part, I somehow managed to recover the account. But even though I leave the account, it always comes into that account. Now I don't want to wait 3 days to delete the account and switch to the new account. Or I don't want to re-data. I've been struggling since the morning, but I just can't. How do I help you?

purchase error loop
I brought the gold package which costs 8.99 USD on 26th. The deduction from my credit card was right away, but the purchase failed.
I wasn't worried about that, because at most it's small money. But something worse happened later... (the money was returned to my credit card yesterday)
When I want to buy the new items for this new WB, the in-game store tells me to have "unpreceded transactions" but when you touch the sync button on the top left, there is the message of "system error". Then the loop goes on...
I have addressed a letter on the official website for help, the customer service told me to clean the cache of google play, google service, and then restart the game. I tried everything, even trying on different devices including PC simulator, but still having this purchase error loop.
I am 99% sure the problem is not from devices, it's a system bug that may happen when you fail to buy something and it is a time-limited item. Because when the item is off there is no way to "sync" or "finish the unpreceded transactions", and the loop comes...
So the Dev please find a way to solve this for me and others may have the same problem.
