[Importance Notice] Service Termination of Critical Ops: Reloaded

Hello, operators.
I am Matt from Critical Ops: Reloaded Community Management Team.
 
We regret to share with you a piece of sad news.
 
Despite your continued love and interest in our game, we concluded that we are no longer able to provide satisfactory service in the future. As a result, Critical Ops: Reloaded will terminate its service on 4th March 2021.
 
When we released our service last summer, our goal was to provide a healthy gameplay environment filled with new and enticing game content. However, we acknowledge that our efforts were not up to our players' standards. We wish to relay our team's sincere apologies and appreciation for our players' continued support. Your love and interest have been great sources of aspiration for our team throughout the hardship of 2020.
 
The following dates indicate the service termination plan for Critical Ops: Reloaded. We hope some of our players could join our journey in the world of Critical Ops: Reloaded until the very end.
 
■ Service Termination Schedule
 
1. Termination of In-app Purchase and App Store Game Downloads
- 5th February 2021 (Friday)
 
12:00 PM (GMT+9) - SOUTH KOREA, JAPAN
11:00 AM(GMT+8) - MY, SG, PH, HK, TW
10:00 AM (GMT+7) - TH, ID, VN
09:30 AM (GMT+5.5) - INDIA
 
In-app purchase items will no longer be available on the Shop menu. Players may still use their remaining CC balance, unopened Cases, and weapon/character skins until the Service Termination Date.
 
The players who have not installed Critical Ops: Reloaded on their device will not be able to download the game from 5th February.
 
However, the game's original version, which is serviced by a different company, Critical Force, will be available to all players. The original game will be available for download in our service regions. From 5th February and onward, the players who have migrated their accounts from the Original Critical Ops will be able to retrieve their accounts.

[Service Announcement] Delayed Start of the Ranked Match Season 4

Hello, operators.
 
Due to an unforeseen error in our server settings, the start of Ranked Season 4 has been delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience that stemmed from the error. The following list is a short summary regarding the recent incident and our proposed remedy/improvements for future operations.

- A delayed start of Ranked Match Season 4 due to an error in the server setting
- A three-day downtime for the Ranked Match game mode
■ Affected Players
- players on the SOUTHEAST and SOUTH server who have logged into the game from 01/01 to 01/03.

- Ranked Season 4: Started on 04th JAN 2021
- Planned Update for the Ranked Season 4 Reward table

- Implement a safety system for the Ranked Mode server setting
 
The new Ranked Match season begins on 04th of January and will end on 28th February.
The Ranked Fever Event W17 will be extended to reflect the delayed start of Season 4.

- Vector - Silverknight weapon skin's silencer texture settings have been readjusted to displayed better texture quality.
- Fixed a UI bug where a player nickname was covered by the HP bar UI in the Observer mode.
