Service Termination Announcement (서비스 종료 안내)

[English]   Greetings, Commanders. This is MUST Games.   Rogue Universe officially launched back in 2020 and garnered a lot of interest, but sadly, we will stop services in February 24th, 2022.   We tried to deliver our best to ensure that our commanders had fun but we no longer feel that we can keep up with our promise to deliver a stable and sound game service. After a lot of consideration, we have decided to permanently stop services for Rogue Universe. We are deeply saddened to delivery this bad news.   We would like to thank all of our commanders for supporting us throughout this journey, and here is the schedule of ending services below.   [Service Termination Schedule]   1. January 24th (Mon) 2022 - Suspension of payment - Halt of new downloads   2. February 24th (Thu) 2022 - Service ends. - Official community website shuts down.   ■ Guidelines for refund application upon service termination   1. Application Period - January 24th (Mon) 2022 ~ February 24th (Thu) 2022   2. Refund Conditions - We will be refunding payments that have occurred from November 1st, 2021 to January 24th, 2022. (Payments made before November 1st, 2021 will not be refunded) - Rubies and items acquired through other means besides payment cannot be refunded.   3. How to request - For android users, please send us a screenshot of your receipt to cs@rogue-universe.com. - For iPhone users, you can request for a refund directly. MustGames입니다.   지난 2020년 많은 분들의 관심을 받으며 정식 오픈했던 로그 유니버스가 2022년 2월 24일자로 서비스를 종료하게 되었습니다.   로그 유니버스에 큰 사랑을 주셨던 사령관님들께 더 많은 즐거움을 제공해 드리고자 노력해왔지만, 더 이상 안정적인 게임 서비스를 제공해 드리기 어렵다고 판단되어, 많은 고민 끝에 서비스 종료를 결정하게 되었습니다. 슬픈 소식을 전해드리게 되어 깊은 사과의 말씀을 드립니다.   지금까지 로그 유니버스를 사랑해주신 사령관님들께 진심으로 감사드리며, 앞으로의 서비스 종료 일정에 대해 안내드립니다.   [서비스 종료 일정]   1. 2022년 1월 24일(월) - 유료 결제 중단 - 신규 다운로드 중지   2. 2022년 2월 24일(목) - 서비스 종료 - 공식 커뮤니티 이용 중단   ■ 서비스 종료에 따른 환불 신청 안내   1. 신청 기간 - 2022년 1월 24일(월)~2월 24일(목)   2. 환불 조건 - 2021년 11월 1일부터 2022년 1월 24일까지 결제하신 내역에 대해 환불해 드립니다. (11월 1일 이전의 결제는 환불되지 않습니다) - 결제가 아닌 방법으로 획득하신 루비, 아이템 등은 환불의 대상이 아닙니다.   3. 신청 방법 - 안드로이드 유저분들의 경우, 결제 영수증의 스크린샷을 첨부해서 cs@rogue-universe.com으로 메일을 보내주셔야 합니다. - 아이폰 유저분들의 경우, 애플에 직접 환불을 신청하실 수 있으며, 문제가 발생하실 경우 cs@rogue-universe.com으로 메일 부탁드립니다.   다시 한번, 지금까지 로그 유니버스를 아껴주신 사령관님들께 감사의 말씀을 드립니다. 감사합니다.
