Update Postponed Notice (업데이트 연기 안내)

[English]   Hello, this is Rogue Universe.   We were scheduled for a maintenance today but we were notified by Google that we did not meet Google Playstore’s policy and so we could not proceed with the update.   We are currently trying to resolve the issue and we will have to postpone the server maintenance to next week.
