2020-03-21 Error Fixed in Stellar Conquer Info (성계 점령전 오류 수정 안내)

[English]   Hello, this is Rogue Universe.   The Stellar Conquer at Alker Stellar(AM 06:00, EST) today caused an issue where conquer was not possible due to the base’s HP not decreasing.   We have investigated the bug and confirmed that the Alker Stellar was unable to be conquered due to an error in the base defenders' data. Fortunately, this problem can be fixed without server maintenance, so we proceeded to fix it, and it is currently applied normally to the server.   However, Stellar Conquer in the Alker Stellar cannot proceed normally until the time limit passes. You can try to conquer normally from the Zavijava Stellar Conquer, which is scheduled to proceed shortly, and the Alker Stellar must be conquered during the next Stellar Conquer.   We understand that many commanders who fought hard during the Stellar Conquer in Alker are disappointed. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have given a compensation package to the commanders who participated in the Stellar Conquer by mail in the game.   We will try our best so that this kind of issue will not occur again in the future. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.   Thank you.   Best Regards, Rogue Universe     [Korean]   안녕하세요. 로그 유니버스입니다.   오늘 한국 시각 오후 7시에 알케르 성계에서 진행된 성계 점령전에서 기지의 HP가 깎이지 않아 점령할 수 없는 문제가 발생했습니다.   확인 결과 알케르 성계에서 기지 방어군들의 데이터에 오류가 있어 점령전에서 승리할 수 없는 상태였던 것을 확인했습니다. 이 문제는 다행히 서버 점검 없이 수정이 가능해서 수정 작업을 진행하였고, 현재는 서버에 정상적으로 적용된 상태입니다.   그러나 알케르 성계에서는 제한 시간이 모두 지날 때까지 점령전이 정상적으로 진행될 수 없었습니다. 가장 가까운 시간 내에 진행 예정인 자비야바 성계 점령전부터 정상적으로 진행 가능하며, 알케르 성계의 점령은 다음 점령전 때 다시 도전해야 합니다.   그에 따라 알케르 성계에서 열심히 점령전을 진행해 주셨던 많은 사령관님들께 실망을 드리게 되었습니다. 이에 대해 죄송하다는 사과의 말씀을 드립니다. 당시 성계 점령전에 참가하셨던 사령관님들에게 우편함으로 이에 대한 보상을 지급해 드렸습니다.   사령관님들께서 앞으로 이와 같은 불편을 느끼시지 않도록 게임 서비스를 더욱 꼼꼼하게 챙기도록 하겠습니다. 다시 한 번 고개숙여 사과의 말씀을 드립니다.   감사합니다.
