SWC is over but...
Now that the SWC is over, I'm curious to hear how everyone felt about it. Who did you want to win? Who did you want to lose? Who did you want to get MVP? How do you feel about PK winning?
Who did I want to win? PK. Ive been following them since they were SK Gaming. I wanted Obey to lose for talking smack about Sanguine (one of the players said they dont belong in the spl). Paul deserved the MVP, with him having the most impact in all games.. but Neilmah kept their heads in the game so that definitely is MVP worthy.
Sheento from Sanguine said that the Obey team didn't belong in the SPL and then proceeded to show them why. And personally I don't mind smack talk as long as it's not directed towards someone's race, religion, sex, sexuality, etc. especially when you can back it up. I really wanted Sanguine to win and seeing them do so well through the year made me happy but Pittsburgh was my second team and I'm glad to see them get another win. I do agree that I think Paul deserved the MVP for that set, he played insanely well and really turned up when they needed, but I'm not at all mad that Neil got it
Yeah, ended up back tracking. It was Sanguine who said that. Oh well, none the less PK took it home again. Cut it close multiple games. Especially game 4 against SSG.
