The hardest challenge I have done yet

So, I've completed fallout 3 with only a knife, I've completed fallout 3 as a pacifist (I only attack when necessary, but I only have a 10mm pistol), I've completed fallout 3 with no heals, I've completed fallout 3 without buying or selling anything. So what a genius idea to combine them all into some sort of challenge. I'm going to beat fallout 3 as a pacifist with a knife if a situation is unavoidable, I'm not allowed to use heals but only sleep and I'm not allowed to buy anything, wish me luck.
