Guilds and Crafting

Hello everyone! My name is Kryptech and I just started a guild on the PC/NA server. That being said I’d love to pick your brains about the guilds, specifically crafting guilds. I want to attract others to join but I don’t want to be that spammer in zone chat. That being said what are some ways to entice players to join? Ideally I want to help other newer players excel as well as help new crafters begin they’re journey to master craftsmen. Any input is highly appreciated!
