Perfect ruby ring?

Hellooo, does anyone know when or how it will be possible for us to get perfect ruby/coral rings? I see that you can get the perfect diamond/emerald/sapphire rings in VIP boxes, but it seems like the last time perfect ruby rings were available was when they first came out :'(
