Unable to combine

I have a lucky box pt and i bought another to combine and upgrade lucky box pt but it doesn’t show in the selection screen to combine :/

    You can only combine one of each kind of pt. I searched you and saw that you already have a 2021 lucky bag tile house (+) ... which means you can not combine anymore 2021 lucky bag tile house.
