Hello, this is Manager Benny from My Secret Bistro.   We sincerely apologize for the server error that occurred in March to our dear chefs who have unlimited affection for our game.   We are so sorry and sad about making you feel uncomfortable playing our game even though we wanted to give you only a pleasant experience while playing the game.   We have prepared a compensation with our apology and sorry, so please generously understand the situation happened.   The detail of the compensation is like below :   - Compensation Content : 7 Days VIP ticket Basic (1) - Receive Period : April 2nd (Sat) 0:00 ~ April 2nd (Sat) 23:59   My Secret Bistro team will try our best to meet your expectations and your support.   We apologize again with all our hearts for the inconvenience caused.     True I get you.. Finally a apology and gift so Thankyou, but I'm not sure that the basic VIP ticket justifies for all the game breakdowns and loss and player's quiting and poor laggy game performance and much much more. As mentioned before we need compensation as in letter's, tasks we couldn't complete, rubies etc. As the VIP ticket requires us to BUY rubies and SPEND in order to fully use it otherwise it is no good to us! And many have spent sooo much on this game already. .. I feel this is just another way to get us to waste and spend our MONEY rather than properly compensating us all in way that actually benefits us all...and that starts by fixing the game and server's etc..

    thanks for this (even tho i am not really affected with the server error because I was too busy in our 1st week of face-to-face classes to log in and play). But I DO feel sad for the other players who got affected and based on what I read, some big players are quitting 😢. I hope these errors will not happen again. I know this is just an online game, but I am also gaining game friends here, and I don't want to lose them 😢.

    I feel bad for those who has an activated vip ticket during the breakdowns. Other than that, I honestly don't see the freakout from some players. If you really like the game, you go do something else when it's unavailable and you come back to play it. If not then quit, don't stay and bltch.
