Notice Regarding Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield

Hello Chasers!   First and foremost, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.   There was an error with “Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield Event” which ended on January 23, 2023 (Mon) 23:59 (Server Time). The error allowed the item to be used multiple times under certain circumstances.   We are currently undergoing an investigation to find out the cause of this issue and how much damage it has caused.   We will notify results of the investigation as soon as possible.   [ Cause ]   - Stellar Chance Item is a consumable item for 1-time usage. Under normal circumstances, it should have been deleted from the inventory after the use. - However, if the bonus chance goes over 40% and the player attempts with a 100% chance, we’ve noticed that the Stellar Chance item was not deleted. - If such a case is met, the Stellar Chance Item could be used multiple times.   [ Investigation ]   - With the current investigation, a total of 2 players from the Asia server have used the item more than once.   - All Artifact items acquired from the bug will be recalled. All Artifacts and Stellar’s Special Artifact Shields used in the bug will be restored.   (Players may be logged off from the game in the recall and restoration process.)   - Moreover, we are checking the individual logs of the accounts in question and will take necessary actions bound by the operation policy.   Again, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the event error and will give further notice as soon as we have taken action.   Thank you. -GrandChase Team
