why can't I play sot ??

ok look every time I try to play sot like in the very first loding screen like before the animation   it stops loading on reporting for duty and I wait there for hours so now I have 75 hours on the loding screen     any suggestions on. how to resolve the problem   I did put in a ticket to rare costumer support and no response   and if you're wondering I checked the forum and I didn't find my problem and I do have a xbox live account connected to my pc   so wtf

    Did you try uninstalling it and then installing it again?

    Welp idk what the fuck. Try contacting Xbox or something because they manage SoT, if not try the SoT forums.
