Anyone know how to get the ashen curse?

I stopped playing for a bit then got back into it and saw one of my friends with it. Im trying to get all of the ashen dragon stuff and I dont know how to get the curse.

    To get the ashen curse you need to complete all of the comedations in the heart of fire tall tale

    You need to find a ashen chest and a key

    Find the ashen chest and key open the chest and sell the books to duke in the raven of any outpost

    To get the actual curse you have to get every commendation in the heart of fire tall tale, so you have to do it a minimum of three times
