Suggestions & Bug Reporting

So it was like this. On first purchase, it didn't do anything. so when I tried again, it said I already owned the said item. so I waited thinking it was due to lag but never appeared so I exited the game and opened it again. I checked the custom shop and it was still there so I clicked purchase again and this time was successful. but when I went to my purchase history, this showed and yes, it really took 2 skin's worth of money from my account. is there any way to refund this?

    contact kog and report it, maybe it can be also a bug and you didn't pay it 2 times, so for first control in bank
