Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield Additional Notice

Hello Chasers!   We have finished our investigation of the error behind Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield and have successfully recalled all abnormally upgraded artifacts.   All materials used in the abnormal artifact upgrade have been restored and can be found in System Mail.   Since the bug was in the development process, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.   All benefits earned from the issue have been recalled, and all items traded over the Exchange have been recalled to retain the in-game balance.   Since we believe that these players have not caused any direct harm to other players, accounts pertaining to this issue will not be banned.   As compensation for the inconvenience in the event’s progress, we have prepared a small compensation for all players.   ■ Compensation Period: Western: January 30, 2023 (Mon) 01:30 – February 6, 2023 (Mon) 23:59 (Server Time, UTC-5) Asia: January 30, 2023 (Mon) 15:30 – February 6, 2023 (Mon) 23:59 (Server Time, UTC+9)   ■ Compensation Item: SR 5 Star Hero Select Ticket x1 (Selection includes new hero Ganymede) ※ Players will receive the compensation item in the mailbox by logging in. Players who log in after the compensation period cannot receive the compensation item. ※ Please collect all compensation items within 7 days.
