no... they wait the respon from korea player about the change.. if alrewdy set they will launch internationaly. cos that is major update that lot of change here n there. some ppl dislike some ppl like. if this change make ppl quit from the game maybe the update never come. if its attract more ppl to play. i sure they will launche here as soon as posible.
