[Notice] Community Migration due to Moot Service Termination

The main community for 「GrandChase –Dimensional Chaser–」 will be migrating to the official website on March 27th due to the Termination of Service for Moot on March 30th.

We have recently found that the Top 64 matches of the Guild Tournament on February 21, 2023, have not proceeded normally on Asia Server.
Due to a server overload, the server could not properly read the Guild Tournament list, causing an inconvenience to the participants.
In response, we will distribute 1st place winner reward equally to all Guild Tournament participants on the Asia Server.

Therefore, entry into PVP will be temporarily restricted beginning on the following dates:
Western: February 6, 2023 (Mon) 19:00 (Server Time, UTC-5) until the end of maintenance.
Asia: February 7, 2023 (Tue) 09:00 (Server Time, UTC+9) until the end of maintenance.

Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield Additional Notice
Hello Chasers!
We have finished our investigation of the error behind Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield and have successfully recalled all abnormally upgraded artifacts.
All materials used in the abnormal artifact upgrade have been restored and can be found in System Mail.
Since the bug was in the development process, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
All benefits earned from the issue have been recalled, and all items traded over the Exchange have been recalled to retain the in-game balance.
Since we believe that these players have not caused any direct harm to other players, accounts pertaining to this issue will not be banned.
As compensation for the inconvenience in the event’s progress, we have prepared a small compensation for all players.

Notice Regarding Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield
Hello Chasers!
First and foremost, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
There was an error with “Stellar’s Special Artifact Shield Event” which ended on January 23, 2023 (Mon) 23:59 (Server Time). The error allowed the item to be used multiple times under certain circumstances.
We are currently undergoing an investigation to find out the cause of this issue and how much damage it has caused.
We will notify results of the investigation as soon as possible.
[ Cause ]
- Stellar Chance Item is a consumable item for 1-time usage. Under normal circumstances, it should have been deleted from the inventory after the use.
- However, if the bonus chance goes over 40% and the player attempts with a 100% chance, we’ve noticed that the Stellar Chance item was not deleted.
- If such a case is met, the Stellar Chance Item could be used multiple times.
[ Investigation ]
- With the current investigation, a total of 2 players from the Asia server have used the item more than once.
- All Artifact items acquired from the bug will be recalled. All Artifacts and Stellar’s Special Artifact Shields used in the bug will be restored.
(Players may be logged off from the game in the recall and restoration process.)
- Moreover, we are checking the individual logs of the accounts in question and will take necessary actions bound by the operation policy.
Again, we’d like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the event error and will give further notice as soon as we have taken action.

After the November 15, 2022 (Tue) update, the current season of PVP will come to an end and a new season of PVP will begin.
Therefore, entry into PVP will be temporarily restricted beginning on the following dates:
Western: November 14, 2022 (Mon) 19:00 (Server Time, UTC-5) until the end of maintenance.
Asia: November 15, 2022 (Tue) 09:00 (Server Time, UTC+9) until the end of maintenance.
Rankings will be locked in at this point and season rewards will be distributed accordingly based on these rankings.
