Why are their so many scumy players?

I need help in battlefield 4 I have been working on unlocking the gol magnum for a long time. It is taking forever because I keep get killed by scummy players that only target the tower. Its like they don't want anyone to unlock it. I get shot from tanks, helicopters, planes, and all sorts of snipers from the mountain. All I need is 5 kills from the firestorm tower I am looking for some people that can hop into a private server with me or switch to the enemy team so I can snipe them and help me unlock the gun. It would be very appreciated. Thank you Ps. This is on ps4
