Elite Four Members are Cheaters. At least some of them.
The reason I say this is because their Pokémon are evolved at to low a level or the Pokémon know moves you can’t find in the game. Take Drake for example, his Salamence ( in omega ruby and Alpha Sapphire) has dragon rush. It’s a very powerful dragon move and can wreak your team. But you don’t have access to the move. How did drake get it. The only other dragon has the same strength or stronger is draco meteor you can’t find Dragon rush.
Makes me think about finding pokemon evolved at the wrong level like finding a gyarados at level 1 in black and white in the nature reserve (you also can find a level 100 gyarados there as well). The only pokemon to bypass the low level evolution for getting to its third and final evolution is porygon.
They are the best of the best so I guess they have access to them, not that it makes it that much harder though
